IBD APAC 2012 Compensation

I've been a member of the site for a while already, and while I have gotten a lot of useful info from here, I haven't really contributed anything so far. I've recently came across this newly published APAC IBD compensation report from a headhunter and feel it may be helpful to fellow Asia-based members here. Summary below and also attached the full report for everyone's reference. One thing to note is that the numbers here are very skewed towards the pay in Hong Kong. Hope you guys will find it helpful!
