Ideal Deal Flow and Deal Value - LONDON, UK
As the title says - What is the ideal deal value and deal flow for TMT Boutiques?
I have a summer offer for a TMT Boutique in London (GP Bullhound / Torch Partners / DC Advisory / Harris Williams)
They completed 7 deals for 2018, 5 for 2017 and 6 for 2016... With deals ranging from 300+mil - 10mil. For a roughly 40 people shop is that decent? Salary is street level.
Similarly, is it worth selecting this over a FT offer from a canandian bank (not rbc) for Sovereign + Supra DCM (
Wouldn't it make sense to take around 10 TMT boutiques in London, average their deal volumes and sizes whilst controlling for employees to get an idea if yours is in line with others?
