If You Had To Start Over

If you had to start over, which US city would you choose to start your career in real estate development / investing? And why would you pick that city?

That's what I meant as well. Unlike "what school would you go to?" or "what would you study?" or "what first job would you have pursued?" you can actually change the city that you work in.

My point is that I'm not sure I'd start anywhere different, to be honest. If I cared that strongly or had that much regret, I would just move to wherever that place is now.

Commercial Real Estate Developer

Yeah they do. I know a decent amount of developers looking at that area and have a hard time finding good land deals.

Well on that front I can text my guy and a courier will show up to my apartment in 30 minutes with at least 3 different strains of both sativa, indica and hybrid flower, as well as many edible, tincture and oil/wax choices.

Bonus is that 9/10 the delivery person is a hot "alternative" looking woman. I expect its because women would be less scrutinized by door men.

Its its the deli chili powder that really keeps me here.

If you rephrase the question as - what city would you choose to start in to optimize your career?

If your dream is working at a large REPE fund NYC is best just do to the pure concentration of these players.

Outside of that, your best bet is to start working in the market you want to settle down in long term as early as possible so that you can start building a track record and network.
