If you spent a lot of time learning how to do something, Would you teach it?

Another caveat to this question: If you were grouped with some one who picks up information extremely quickly, and is your competitor, would you still teach it to them.

Think about it: You spent 1-2 days learning certain concepts in order to fulfill a part in your project. Then your teammates want to know how you did it. You explain everything in about 5-10 minutes, the main gyst of it.

Then they explain their materials to you as well, but it's quite intuitive. You clearly spent more effort in your research.

Would you still teach your concepts that you learned? Wouldn't you be angry that you gave out more information?
