Any insights into the recruiting process at IFC? Applied to 3 different regional offices recently.
The status on one of my applications has been displayed as "Long-Listed" and has shown this over the past 4 weeks. Not sure how long it usually takes them to short-list or turn down an applicant - thoughts?
My other two applications still say "Applied", and has shown the same status over the last 8 weeks.
Can't say if I've been turned down or they're still reviewing the apps (given the large volume I assume) - thoughts?
I'm truly passionate about working in development finance, and would greatly appreciate any insight.
Thanks in advance.
