Imperial MSc Finance Application

Hi guys, I am considering to apply for the Imperial College MSc in Finance. First here is basically my profile:

Master in management from a relatively good French business school
GPA 13/20 French system (about 3.0 I think?)
GMAT 680 (Q47,V36)
TOEFL 103
Relevant Internships: Credit analyst in a bank, Financial auditor for a Big 4 (on the Asset Management sector) and Buy Side analyst in a family office

So I wondered whether it is not to late to apply? Although on the website it is said that the last deadline is on april 30th, don't you think it's too late? Then I wanted to know if you think that with my relatively low GMAT and GPA, I have a chance? Or should I retake the GMAT?

I would like to work in UK after my MSc, either as an Equity Analyst or as a Buy Side analyst in a fund. I am also applying for RSM.

Thanks

Actually I think that LBS is more for experienced people. On the website it is said that you need to have at least 3 years of finance experience and when you check the class profile, all the students had senior positions: http://www.london.edu/-/media/files/programme%20files/master%20courses/… As my experiences consist only in internships, I don't think that it would be enough.

Oxford: The deadline was on March 13th, and knowing that the average GMAT is 740 so I definitely needed to retake the GMAT if I wanted a chance to be accepted.

Cambridge: Quite the same as LBS, and TOEFL minimum score of 110

So this is why I focused myself on Imperial and wanted too know if it was a long shot for me? And do you know if schools like Warwick or Cranfield offer you opportunities in IB?

Alumni here, they are hugely results driven over there, most interviews are a matter of course. Recommendations from people they know is obviously a help.

Unless you're desperate to go to Imperial for a reason I can't imagine, I strongly advise applying elsewhere in the world. It's an unpleasant life at best, especially for students that arent funded by megarich parents.

I'm assuming GS MBD?

Thanks for your help trazer985 (and )

Internship at GS would be in equity deriv sales for the swiss market.

Would be very thankful for further information about Imperial. How tough/demanding is Imperial regarding your bachelor grades?? The Swiss system is really difficult and it is nearly impossible to get a first and difficult to get an upper second if you're at a good university.

Thx
