Including Future Experiences on a Resume

Hello everyone,

Right now, I'm in the midst of applying for ER/IB/MC positions for after graduation (2020). Next semester, I'm taking two finance capstone "classes". One is a student-run investment fund utilizing $10m in capital; a concept I'm sure most of you are familiar with. The other consists of a selective team of 7 students who work with the professor to provide strategic consulting for a real Fortune 500 company that comes to us with a real financial case they want a solution for or want to institute. The class ends with a grand-finale presentation of our solution to the company's C-suite, who implement our recommendation most of the time.

Many of these positions I'm applying for have online apps (like Workday). I want to include these upcoming class experiences under "Work Experience" in the application, especially for this one IB position since my I don't have any M&A or IB summer analyst experience. Will I seem desperate by adding these experiences and saying my date of employment for them will be 01/2020 - 05/2020?
