Incoming freshman at a top target. But there’s a unfortunate twist that may affect my candidacy for SA/FT gig

Hello all,I am an incoming student at a top-target school and very interested in pursuing IB/PE in the future. There's one catch though: During my freshman year of high school, I attended a very strict Catholic school, and I had a behavioral disciplinary. Now, if I had done this in a public school, I would most likely only get detention. However, my school suspended me for 1 day as a result of what happened(Suspension is the second worse punishment-- right before expulsion). Yes, it was very childish and dumb, and I had/have learned my lesson: don't do anything stupid or foolish with your friends. Now, this high school disciplinary didn't seem to affect me when I applied to colleges this year. However, I am worried that I will get dinged if companies look at my high school transcript for background checks.

Does anyone have any insight to this?

It's not a troll. I'm genuinely asking because I have no clue. If I did, wouldn’t be on WSO writing this rn.

The issue is it’s on my transcript. It literally states “suspended for behavioral infraction”.

Yes, but I just don't know if high school transcript is asked for during background check. Maybe I'm geeking out too much but not too sure what will happen..

I’ve never had a request for HS transcripts when applying to jobs post college. I went to 5 high schools so it would be a large pain.
