India or China?
Hey fellow primates I have been thinking about this question for a while and could not come out with the clear answer. If you had to invest long term( growth prospects) in either India or China, which one would you choose? Please take into account the different political, economic and social structures. Any good explanations or arguments would be great to go along with your opinions. Let it rip.
India is not the next China

I've read about this topic quite a bit, pretty much the viewpoint is that India has several structural deficiencies in being the next China.
Also worth looking into the rampantness of scams and "earnings management" techniques.
But to answer your question: China > India.
Personally wouldn't invest in either. Plenty of opportunities in the US and even Canada.

India, simply because it's more of a liberal democracy compared to China. For an English speaking country, the opportunities are endless. For China, culture and history will eventually catch up...
Why does conforming to your Western standards of superiority - democracy and speaking the English language - dominate your understanding of superiority? China has its own feats in culture and language. Your comment reeks of Western bias.
