Info on Cleveland Research Company?

Just curious to see if anyone had some info on Cleveland Research Company. Only stuff I can find is a few reviews here and there on glassdoor-- can't conclude much from that. Specifically looking for comp (reviews say it's pretty low) and exit ops. Any insight would be great.
