Information on TCR, Wood Partners, KW - NorCal MF Acquisitions/Development

Hi Monkeys,

I'm a NorCal individual interested in seeing if anyone had any recent information on TCR, Wood Partners, or Kennedy Wilson in the region. In particular; what you have heard about their perspective development/acquisition pipeline and current office reputation in the region.

The reason why I thought I'd come to the forums verse the database is that TCR has recently re-entered the region, Wood Partners is getting even more aggressive with their development pipeline, and KW looks to be making a larger push into the region (expanding their SF office).
