Does anyone know if the analyst program involves a good amount of execution work, or is it purely sourcing?

Applied and completed the assessments and hirevue. Waiting to hear back as well.

Does networking matter for Insight?

Also, if I want to be at a TMT-oriented pe shop (i.e. Silver Lake) as an associate, is Insight a bad place to start your career?

Are you doing FT or Summer recruiting and have you still been able to get anybody on the phone yet?

The guy who wrote that stupid fucking email needs to be shipped to Ukraine.

Buddy of mine said it starts with "Congratulations! You have been selected to SuperDay!". Appears to be a confusingly worded communication. But, this doesn't mean they won't hold your language skills to a higher standard.

Hi, congratulations! But just want to double check, is your superday invitation titled "Insight's Campus Recruiting Field Notes" or it's scheduled with specific interview date? Thank you so much!

@everyone the email "Insight’s Campus Recruiting Field Notes" is not an invitation for superday

For how early their application opened, they sure do seem to be taking their time. IDK why they opened their application in November if they're not interviewing until April/May.

You folks need to relax. I know multiple people who were given offers at Insight in the past few years and weren't chosen for the April superday but the ones several months later.

any info on superday? what type of questions and how many people get it?

I have one upcoming but know nothing

Anyone know if June SD invites are out / May SD offers are out?
