Interest Rate Parity in Real Life
I am doing a theoretical currency class and was wondering how a market maker hedge an inefficiency of the interest rates parity theorem as he profit from his spreads, does he simply hedge his book by shorting the spot rate or he buys the foreign bonds of that pair with the same maturity than the forward, many thanks!
