Intern Compensation
What's the standard for intern comp at one of the big boston-based asset managers (Wellington/Fidelity/BlackRock)? Is it typically the first-year base pay prorated?
(This is for a FO role out of undergrad).

Depends alot, I don't think its standardized. The place I worked (big and Boston based) paid $20/hour with overtime. They said the hourly rate had to do with some regulation. Ended up working 60-70 hours per week so I made a little over 15k, which is pretty close to first year base prorated.
