You'd probably have an easier time getting a job at Big 4 with the VC intern experience as opposed to Big 4 intern trying to go into VC.
Agreed with Hodor! VC for sure.
Greenspring is an awesome VC platform! They're building out a full VC ecosystem with their funds seeding emerging managers, investing in the funds of top GPs like Accel and Thrive, and sourcing their direct investments through those partnerships. I think they also run a secondaries practice or are at least starting to build it out. Definitely a great firm with a lot of learning opportunity. Unless your goal is specifically to work for EY consulting this is a no brainer, choose Greenspring.
Went through the process with them during undergrad and got dinged because when I was asked what I thought about buyout investing I said I enjoyed it (I had PE internships w/ buyout experience). So if they ask you, say you think it's boring and are only interested in early and growth stage VC investing!
