Curious what everyone's thoughts are if a job offer is likely coming when an internal team calls your manager?
I work at a BB in the US, applied for an internal position in the UK. After 7 rounds of interviews, the team called my manager and had a full meeting with her. She said the meeting went well, but would not give me any indication of outcome. All i got was "just focus on your work." Clearly that's not happening lol.
