I'm an international student and rising junior in a semi-target (or non-target school). Barclays and Citi have OCR with us.
For last two months, I've been networking Analyst/ Associate Level alumni. I am wondering if it is too late for me to reach out new alumni and higher level (VP and MD) at this moment? Also, it was hard for me to lead a conversation to something beside working and industry, does anyone have any tips? Thanks
