I have seen in many cases that the global head/CEO of a BB or F500 of let's say Asia Pacific or Latin America region is either from the United States, or Europe and most likely does not speak the local language(s).
Not bashing this. -- These people are obviously very competent, and qualified in many respects. But what do you think about this?
