Internship in a great group vs FT in an okish group

Which one to choose? I kind of have two offers in hand right now.

  1. Full time from the likes of Macquarie, RBC, BNP (not a top team in these like Mac infra or Bnp Levfin

2. Off cycle internship at a top group in a boutique, which potentially converts to full time. Think HLRX or Jefferies HC

Even though the first option sounds to be a bit more sensible thing to do, I am kind of inclined to take the second one as I liked everything with the offer, starting from the company to the team to the interest in the sector as well. This can't be said for the FT offer mentioned in the previous point.

Why am I posting this here? I am looking for a third person's point of view on these decisions and what are the things I should consider before making the final decision. Any advice would be really helpful to me, at this point. Thanks a lot :)

ps: these offers are in London.

First of all the “1. 2,” really bugs me.

Also, is this an “intern to hire” position? I’m not sure why you didn’t mention that. If this is just a random internship, be careful.
