Internship: Infra-PE or impact-VC?
Hi. I'm a sophomore in search for an internship gig for my 2nd summer. Background: west coast (if that matters), econ+psych double major at a semi target, did a risk intern gig at a big 4 during freshman summer. Which internship would be better in general? My career interests after graduating undergrad lean more to VC (general)/consulting, but might go for IBD/PE too (not really sure). Infra PE shop has around $3B AUM while the VC has a current fund of $60M. Both would be at regional offices with the PE based in LA and VC based in SF (if that matters). Comments are appreciated.
