Sebastian's experience of banking - truthful account of what it's like or did he wimp out?

Not everyone is cut out for investment banking. nothing wrong with that

True. But why write some faggy article about it??

Um, to share his experience with others that are in a similar position that he was? I mean I know this WSO and everything and you might not ever imagine yourself doing anything other than IB but there are thousands of kids out there who dont know what to do with themselves and some end up in IB because of the reasons he cited. Cant you see how an article on his experiences and insight could help these kids? No, of course not, this is WSO, home to 18 year olds that use words like "faggy," thank god most of them will never see the inside of an IBD.
