Interview: Received company in healthcare industy- asking to value the company
Hey Everyone,
I have received a company to value in the healthcare industry for interview purposes. Should I build a 3 statement projection model (including interest schedule and debt sweep)? Also- if i was to do a comp analysis- do I have to project EPS/EBITDA/EBIT and revenues for each comparable or are analyst estimates online okay to use - if I source it? I dont know how granular to get into the models to come up with a target price.
