Hi everyone, I have a first round interview with Cargill coming up for an entry-level program on the trading floor. Has anyone interviewed with them before? I'm trying to gain some insight on their interview style aka if it'll be non-stop prop-shop-style technicals or more of a focus on fundamentals. Thanks in advance.

I was checking out the Interviews section on Glassdoor for Cargill and it looks like for trading related positions, some interviews were personal (ie fit) with a feel for your interest in the job (ie questions to see if you did your homework, how much you know about the position and the company). One the other hand, one seemingly experienced interviewer said his first interview was a screening and his second interview was followed up by a very technical interview, Because you're going entry-level for a program, I can't imaging they'd get too technical with you.
