Interview with KKR/Capstone
Friends,
I will have a first round interview with Capstone/KKR. Can someone give me some advice? What to expect from the interview, what kind of questions? Or how many rounds?
I did some research but it seems very difficult to find out, about work, compensation and hours... Any comments will be appreciated. I work currently as project manager for a Top management consultancy and the position I am interviewing for is "Investment Executive", I guess this is a kind of Senior Associate, I don't really know what to expect.
Thanks for your replys.
no idea... but good luck, Perhaps showing knowledge regarding prev investments would be good
Isn't Capstone the consulting arm of KKR?
yes.
Does anyone have any more information about KKR Capstone. I've heard of someone lateraling over after 2 years at McK, but based on the KKR profiles, most of the team is much older.
Anyone have any info on recruiting, compensation, lifestyle, nature of the work?
Thanks
Maybe you can find the answer here. I know he talked about the interview process. Just not sure how well it translates into Capstone...
