No need to overthink this.

Blue suit. White shirt (forward-point collar). Solid tie.

Would it be a good idea to go with a dark red poka dot tie with a red pocket square

Make sure the pocket square has a matching poka dot pattern and is at least 50% protruding from the jacket pocket. Make sure you're rocking those pink socks too, and your trousers cut off 6 inches (minimum) from the top of your Oxford wingtips. #Swag #WorkhardPlayhard #Dollarz4Dayz

Are you an alpha? Because if you're a true alpha you wouldn't ask this and would just show up with you golf clubs, Nike polo, and shorts. Then you look the interviewer directly in the eyes, tell him that you're here to get your start date, then promptly remove everything from his desk and take a shit right there to mark you territory.

And not just a regular shit, but a shit like you drank 15 beers the night before and you stomach barely knows what's happening shit.

Don't forget to high five the MD on the way out and slap the HR lady's ass (they love it).
