Some tasks the role would entail
-develop, prepare and distribute quarterly reports to our equity partners
-Review overall project budgets, update pro forma financial models, on-going estimated cost-to-complete budgets, and cash flow forecast
-Quarterly calculation and preparation of investor cash distributions, calculation of project IRR’s, preparation of investor capital calls, and forecasting of future capital requirements
-Participate in the underwriting process of new investments (investment memo preparation, financial modeling, due diligence, and legal documents review)
-Ad-hoc analysis of special projects across development & construction, asset management, and business development
