Investment Banking M&A - London
As we are all aware the M&A landscape in Europe is quite different than in the US. However, i was wondering if any of you have some novel insights on the best boutique/mm shops in Europe (combining volume and transaction size).
It seems like there are places that do not perform as well in the US but do extremely well in Europe - such as Rothchild.
Then you have places like Greenhill or Evercore, which do some big deals but the volume of mandates (in Europe) is much lower than Rothchild.
Therefore, given such discrepancies what would you rank as the best mm/boutique shops - in Europe?
Top Mm imo are WB, RTH (not pure MM, but really active in the space), Jeff, HL and Arma (TMT). Baird does quite well in Industrials
