Investment Banking Panel Interview
Panel interview with 6 total interviewers. I have never had an interview with so many people. Any tips (who to look at, how to ask questions at the end, etc.) ?

Need more context. Is this for a super day? Are you sure that you will be interviewed by all 6 at a time? Seems like it may be 3 back to back 2 person interviews. 6 at a time seems unlikely.
Off-cycle recruitment, 6 all at once, 1 hour interview. Any tips?
I never went in with specific questions, but always listened closely to each one's background and if I found something genuinely interesting I'd make a mental note and bring it up when the time comes.
With six interviewers at once I think your biggest issue is maintaining everyone's attention. Eye contact will be your best friend to keep them from losing focus on you. Make solid contact with one, count to 5, and shift to another.
Something that has happened to me often during recruiting is having a 2 on 1 interview with an MD and another analyst/associate. An MD once walked in 10 minutes late after the associate and I waited and eventually began with the typical "Tell me about yourself." Half way through my answer, MD walked in and stopped everything, excused himself, and asked me to answer the same question I was halfway through. I looked at the Associate and he basically just gave me a quick nod and I started over. I think sticking to answering by level of the banker is important - the younger guys will definitely understand you prioritizing the MD's question.
