Investment Committee Software

TLDR; Interested in what software PE shops use to manage the investment committee process (issuance of "heads up" papers", Pre IC papers, IC Papers, any detailed supporting reports, etc). Recommendations greatly appreciated (hoping there is a superior solution to either emails or board management software).

Detail;

Started at a new shop in a senior transformation focused role and suspect that the volume and velocity of executive decision making (and associated decision papers to be circulated) is sufficient to warrant a software solution.

Suspect the volume and velocity of document circulation (for decision making) isn't far off that which you would see if you sat on multiple ICs at a MF.

Would be interested to understand what software is used in the MF space to make this an easier process. Am seriously hoping there is a superior solution to emails and board management software (neither of which feel fit for purposes here).

Thanks
