Investment Sales Interview Question Excel/help
I have an interview for an entry level Analyst job at a large CRE brokerage firm for their Investment Sales group. The group focuses on large office and multi family properties but they haven't told me which area I might work in. This is a follow up interview and I've been told there will be an Excel test as part of it. I've read on WSO and talked with people in the industry who said to focus on: 1) generating a rent role and calculating NOI, 2) creating an amortization table, 3) valuation using a cap rate provided, 4) cash flow projections given provided assumptions, 5) value add scenarios, 6) calculating an IRR, & 7) formatting. There is anything else I should focus on and anything else I should prep for to succeed on the test. Any help would be appreciated.
