Investment/Fund structuring for AM/PE/VC
Anyone here work in Fund Structuring?
Trying to find out more about the job and day to day work but all i can find on the forum and online is product structuring for the S&T guys rather than the field of legal, fiscal and economic configuration of a fund (as would be done at asset managers for example), which is what im interested in.
Any guidance on where to find info on this or if any of you work in this field and would be willing to exchange a few messages, that'd be really appreciated.
