Invite Only - Speed Networking

I got invited to a top BB's office for networking event where basically I will be "speed networking" with analysts and associates.

I think the event lasts about an hour and I am suppose to speak with 6 bankers.

Any advice on how I should approach/prepare for this? Should i study up on behaviorals or do you think it will be less formal than that?

Thanks!

EDIT: Attire is Business Formal if that matters

If it is networking I would just think up interesting conversation topics/questions. Sure they might ask where you are from/where you go to school/why you want to do banking, but I would doubt anything more specific than that. Would be shocked if during a networking session you were asked to 'describe 3 weaknesses" or any of that shit.
