Is a Double Degree a bad idea for IB?
I am a 2nd year student at a target school in Europe who wants to get into IB in London. My school has a double degree program with a university in Asia (very good one but obviously not an European school) and if I took it it would take me +1 year to graduate.
Since I didn't get into any spring insights in my 1st year I figured this would be a chance to beef up my cv and apply again for a spring week now that I`d be in a 4 year program instead of a 3 year one. However I am wondering if that would also hamper my chances to land a SA program for the simple fact that I'd be phisically distant from Europe, and although I'd still get the degree from the target school, attending a couple years in a school in Asia would come across as weird to recruiters. What are your thoughts about it?
