Wow, this is a crazy lack of knowledge. Guys, really, in my day ppl applying to banks had enough initiative to work this sort of stuff out by themselves.

I mean - IBD is just one way of labelling investment banking - Corporate Finance is what it is traditionally called (and still called in Europe moreso than IBD).

From the ghetto....

Wow, this is a crazy lack of the ability to detect sarcasm. Of course I know DB is an IB, just honestly didn't know which division to apply for since Corp Finance doesn't really mean IBD at any other BB.

I wish I knew more people from in your day, I could probably learn a thing or two from all that "initiative" they have.

What do you mean Corp Finance doesn't really mean IBD at any other BB?

Technically, I don't think any of the BBs are Investment Banks anymore. They all changed to bank holding companies or something of the sort. I suppose they may have changed back, I'm not sure, but I remember at one point Raymond James was actually considered the largest investment bank in the country...for like 2 days, lol.

OP I wouldnt even bother applying if I were you. You're obvioulsy too dumb or lazy to read the website and spot the obvious.

You know you've been working too hard when you stop dreaming about bottles of champagne and hordes of naked women, and start dreaming about conditional formatting and circular references.
