Is EY's FSO Advisory what they say they are?

I have an offer for EY's FSO Advisory practice. Through all of their recruiting efforts and on all media sources (their website, social media, etc.) they heavily emphasize their focus on helping clients effectively navigate the age of transformation. This is what I am really interested in - the use of emerging tech (blockchain, AI, automation, etc.) to solve problems and stay up to speed with the changing world. However, after talking with a lot of people at EY I get the feeling that this isn't really the case and that they're still focused mainly on regulatory and compliance issues at big banks. No one I've talked to has been involved in or seen these new initiatives. Is EY FSO Advisory really focused on digital transformation... or still mainly regulatory/compliance issues? If anyone could provide me some clarity on this I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!
