Career Resources
Yep. BX/KKR recruit here.
they definitely exist...although more positions are with MM firms (although BX recruits).
How does MM PE analyst compare with BB IB analyst in terms of experience and pay? Also, is there an application for KKR internship online?
KKR does not recruit undergrad analysts... only experienced analysts and name them associates... they do on other hand have summer associates...
Hmm, I guess KKR doesn't recruit for PE but they do for their hedge fund (of which I was completely unaware).

kkr runs an undergrad intern program at nyu
Fortress has an intern program
Cinven in Europe, maybe 3i from time to time
KKR recruits for cap markets for undergrads... knew a NYU kid that did it...
Lol, just came across him. Not sure if he was recruited officially...
Is that the dude who was also at Oaktree and BX etc.?
does anyone know what sort of questions were asked in that interview?
b/c I have it next week, and have no idea what to expect..
tbh I think he maybe got KKR through connections. All the others are not really that hard to get once you can show off KKR on your CV after Freshman year.
Fair enough.
Is it possible to attain a Private Equity or Venture Capital internship during college? (Originally Posted: 04/20/2014)
I will apply for internships in an investment bank but after learning more about PE and VC, I think this will be better for me. There are a lot of successful PE firms in my hometown and it would save a lot of money going to somewhere like NYC for an IB internship.
Short answer, yes.
