Is it possible to get into a non-quant Swiss Hedge Fund without knowing any European language after M7 MBA ? and how are the salaries there ?

I'm very curious about moving to Switzerland after my MBA without slowing my career down. I know that without knowing German there wouldn't be so many opportunities, but still is it possible to get into a non-quant hedge fund and become a portfolio manager in Switzerland, without German/French?

And how are the salaries there compared to the US ?
