Is it still worth it to apply for spring insight or fall off-cycle in november?

Deadlines are obviously still open, but rolling admissions are tough. I did a minor (M&A) alongside my second year of university (international business administration at RSM), resulting in an effective workload of 70 hours a week. Sad to say, I haven't applied anywhere yet. I'd love to do a spring week and apply for off-cycle starting in september (doing my minor now means im available july-january), but im not sure if i'd still get in anywhere at this time. Would it be a lost cause to apply now?

GPA is 7.91 (3.91, 1st) and I'm the treasurer of my university's finance association, if it matters.
