is it worth it to transfer from a non-target state school to a target school for pretty much full price?

I go to a large non-target state school (Uconn, Rutgers, Ohio State, Penn State). Since OCR is non-existent, will it be worth it to transfer to a school like Cornell (17% transfer acceptance rate) and major in Economics for a better chance to break into the FO?
Goldman Sachs and BAML recruit heavily at Penn State. Their Nittany Lion Fund places probably 95-100% of grads on BB IB teams or hedge funds.
You can make it from Rutgers and Penn State and probably from Ohio State (idk about UConn). OCR being non-existent isn't really an issue since you can try to network your way in. If you choose to transfer, consider cost and career but also other factors like fit and all.
And my general advice for every single question of "is it worth it to transfer?": Always apply, there's a solid chance you won't get in, but if you do get in, only then do you have a decision on your hands. Cornell didn't let you in yet bro, just apply first.
