Is it worth to go to a start up in early stage of career?

I have an interview with a start up (which actually has taken majority of the market share of its industry and it's growing fast) as a FP&A analyst. I have finance background and some related experience but not actually FP&A role.

I'm interned in FP&A but a little worried is it a good thing to start my FP&A career from a small company? As a start up, there are definitely some growing pains compared to big firms ( no benefits and the finance team is small). I'm worried is it good for my career because most of people would start from big firms and then go to start up but I seemed to be the opposite?
