Is Morgan Stanley NY still recruiting for SA?
I think theyre done with their west coast recruiting, but I'm not sure about NY.

I was contacted by a recruiter who told me they generally do a resume review in January, first rounds in mid-late January and superdays on February. So I would say things definitely are not done for NY
Anyone else have any info on NY timeline for non-target school interviews? Are non-target interviews typically earlier than or later than target school interviews?
Figure I should clarify that I am coming from a non target
My friend interviewed with MS on second week of November. I am sure it was the earliest one. However, I think the spots are open til mid-February regardless of your school.
MS typically runs on the later end for NY. I know for a fact there was a super day in late February last year. Obviously you have a better chance on the front end, but you're by no means out of the game. Goldman and JPM on the other hand usually like to have things more or less tied up by late February. Good luck.
Thanks, appreciate the info! Do you happen to know how many rounds of super days there are, or does it vary widely? Seems a little strange that they would run the recruiting process from November all the way to late February. Definitely agree that hearing back earlier would be better though.
Well it really runs on a year-by-year basis so while historical precedent can give a good indication of how many super days there will be and when, it will be more a function of matriculation and discretion on the part of HR. So I don't have an answer for you there.
And what I meant by earlier is better is that there are usually more spots earlier. The later superdays are usually to fill in the last couple of spots - perhaps for previous offers that declined for other banks or opportunities.
That's all I got. Happy recruitment season.
