Is now a good time to enter the stock market?
With the market down a bit YTD, is now a good time to enter the stock market with general index ETF funds (VTI, IVV, etc...) or leveraged index EFT funds (SPXL, etc...)?
Or is the general consensus that the market is going to slide down more in the next 6-12 months?
