Is the American univ. Of Beruit a target for MBB

I've noticed that it is the most represented undegrad university in MBB middle east. Along with the top business schools ofc.
Can anybody working in MBB/ other consulting firms give an opinoin about this uni?

I see you mentioned European masters, unfortunately attending a target in EU or the US is not feasible due to personal reasons. Would you say attending a top masters program, LBS , HEC , LSE etc after graduating from AUB. Would be enough to land an interveiw at MBB middle eastern offices. I believe your background does not matter much when you get to the interveiw stage, it all depends to on the interview's performance.

Personally I considering top US and UK schools, I have a high SAT score and the other prerequisites. But the cost of attendance is extremely high. Assuming I attend AUB and attain a high GPA and relevant extracurriculars. Will attending AUB be a disadvantage compared to other targets in the US and UK? Asking specifically for the middle eastren offices.

AUB is a target because it combines two factors: - decent education - Arabic speakers

If you speak Arabic, you would be way more in-demand if you would attend a target university in EU or US, as at AUB you would become just one of many students trying to recruit for top consulting jobs in the region. Try to look more at European universities, as they are significantly more accessible from a cost perspective than their US alternatives
