Is the IB scene in seattle that bad?
I'm not that familiar with seattle but from what I've been reading is that there is plenty of consulting firms but are IB jobs that scarce there?

Basically nothing there other than Cascadia.
There are a decent number of shops out in Seattle.
Pickings aren't great but if you land one of the coveted spots you can lateral to a strong MM or even BB after a year.
I know one of the Goldman analysts, they seem to be doing okay on projects but definitely with much better hours based on her level of partying
