Is there any way to prepare for interviews with internal recruiters?
I'm in the process of lateraling and am wondering if there is any sort of way to prepare for initial interviews with a bank's recruiter besides knowing your story, reason for lateraling, and why you want the recruiter's firm. Is this really all the preparation that needs to be done? As long as you are a normal person, is there anything that could disqualify you based on the recruiter interview?
Given that you are lateraling, you clearly have experience. If you were able to pass the interviews into your current spot, — which you were — I wouldn’t be concerned. You also have relevant experience. You got this man!
