Is this Freshman Internship Good or Bad

I'm not sure if this is the right subforum but just a quick thing. I have found it especially difficult to find internships for this upcoming summer, especially as a freshman. Fortunately, I found a start-up on Reddit or Instagram whose product and mission statement I love. I was able to get in contact with some of their executives and was allotted an internship for the summer. Do you think an internship with a start-up not related to finance, but in their finance/accounting division would look good on a resume as a freshman, or should I shoot for something better? I have also tried to just be nice and start to get to know people at my local chase bank that has a JP Morgan private client branch. Is it unheard of to just ask someone there if I can shadow/intern in the summer since most internships at "BBs" go through a more formal process?  I'm asking about getting an internship at my local bank as well as I believe I would be able to do both due to the odd hours of the internship with the start-up.
