They have a PE/lev finn arm which is decent too.
what would you say is decent pay?

I had a friend in BO making 110k after 3 years out of undergrad. working 10am-4/5pm...he didn't do anything at work either..at most he worked 2 hours a day. No clients to fuck and a very laid back environment. He was in IT.
I'd obviously expect something a little more aggressive in research or FO...but overall a very laid back place to work. Pay is decent compared to it's competitors (those who only serve non-profit orgs). Guys who have been there long enough (20-30 years) are sitting on a very very VERY legit retirement plan.
