Is Yale SOM struggling with recruiting?

Is Yale SOM a good school for international students if the post-MBA goal is   MBB, nonprofit consulting, or Tech PM?

GMAT - 770

WE: 5.5 years in fin. services sector, nonprofit sector, and entrepreneurial venture in healthcare.

Would really like to know what the situation is like in the US w.r.t. post-MBA recruiting and if anyone can throw some light specifically w.r.t. Yale SOM.

Yale SOM is definitely unique among T-15 business schools. Also interested.

My brother graduated from SOM, With a top 1-2 LAC undergrad. SOM is most comparable to Stern, Ross with MBB recruiting. If you attend you will most likely land an interview with one of them. You shouldn't have trouble landing interviews with OW, BearingPoint, Kearney or other T2's either.

I would say that if you have marketable experience that consulting firms value pre-MBA you won't be at a disadvantage compared to others in T10 schools. HOWEVER, if you don't have any experience (i.e nonprofit) I think you won't be given special treatment that let's say someone at Wharton would.

It's a very good school in the grand scheme of things but certainly not on the same level as most of the M7
