sure - don't see why not. It's a bit different to frame the MBA as Ivy vs. non-Ivy, since most of the top programs are decidedly non-Ivy. But sure, i'm guessing you'd be competitive for Cornell Johnson and Yale and possibly Columbia. just make sure to connect the dots for them... adcoms are not very imaginative.
