Jane Street freezing hiring due to coronavirus?
I was interviewing at Jane Street and they said they'd have to defer my phone screen result due to market volatility. A few days later I got a rejection with the standard "can't offer you a position right now" message. I did pretty well though, is Jane Street just not hiring right now aka did I get cockblocked by coronavirus? That would be pretty hilarious. Maybe a bit sad.
